Impact Amplified Fund
The fund investing in NFPs and community-based organisations to create community impact.
We know community organisations and not-for-profits often do the most challenging work with the fewest resources. Yet they’re essential to building stronger, fairer communities.
That’s why we created the Impact Amplified Fund (IAF): an annual investment of our team’s time, expertise, and resources. Through subsidised and pro bono consulting, we partner with organisations to level the playing field and ensure vital initiatives can thrive.
Since launching the Fund in 2025, we have committed to projects including: working with Community Health First and its partners to strengthen the community health sector in Victoria, and helping an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health service develop a tailored evaluation framework that reflects community priorities and practice.

The Impact Amplified Fund is open to not-for-profits and social enterprises that are creating positive social impact and need support to take their work further.
We prioritise projects where organisations bring some of their own resources, financial or in-kind, alongside our investment. Co-investment strengthens commitment, deepens partnership, and amplifies outcomes. That said, we recognise not all organisations have equal access to resources, so this is encouraged, but isn’t strictly required.
Funding requests should be proportionate to the size and scope of the project, and tailored to what’s needed to deliver lasting impact.

We’re looking for organisations who share our values and vision to shape a more equitable society and create lasting change across health, mental health and social services sectors.
We prioritise organisations that value purpose over project and whose mission is to create social good - particularly those that might otherwise struggle to access consulting support.

We prioritise proposals that demonstrate clear and positive outcomes - from strengthening communities and driving sustainable system change to creating opportunities that empower people.
Let’s amplify your impact
If you’re doing work that matters, and need a consulting partner to help make it happen - this fund is for you.
The process is simple, just follow the four steps on the right to submit your application. We open for applications every year so you can choose the timeline that best suits your organisation.
2026 Applications
- Applications will open in 21 September 2026
- Applications will close on 31 October 2026 at 5pm.
Not quite ready to apply? No problem. We’d still love to hear from you.
Get in touch with our team to talk through your project and explore how we might be able to support you.
Shortlisted applicants join a scoping session with the IAF team to explore fit, impact, and feasibility.
Our internal panel reviews applications based on impact, readiness and alignment. The IAF team will then complete their final assessments and applicants will be notified.
Successful applicants start working with Impact Co. project teams to deliver on the agreed programs of work. Over the duration of the project we'll measure impact and share stories of change linked to the Fund.
